1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

Product received is damaged or defective.

Wrong product delivered.

Product received is missing parts or accessories.

Product significantly differs from the product description.
To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories must be included.

An unboxing video may be required for damaged, defective, or wrong-item claims.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
3. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for:

5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders will be processed through:

The customer must provide valid bank account or UPI details.
6. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges may be deducted unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

In case of damaged or incorrect items, ANIXAB International will bear the return shipping cost.
7. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse.
8. Damaged Package
If you receive a damaged parcel:

Record an unboxing video before opening the package.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Share photos and video evidence for verification.
Claims without sufficient proof may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
9. Refund Processing Time
After approval:

UPI Refunds: 2–5 Business Days

Bank Transfer Refunds: 3–7 Business Days

Credit/Debit Card Refunds: 5–10 Business Days
Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
